We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the product. We’re also unable to offer refunds or returns based on taste preference, as flavor can be subjective.
If you received a damaged or defective item, or there is an issue with your order, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
If your item is defective, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including the cost of your original delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that are no longer wanted, for taste preference, or for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
If you’re finding the flavor stronger or sharper than expected, try giving the bottle a good shake before pouring, at least 8 shakes, as this can make a real difference to the taste due to the natural ingredients we use. We recommend mixing about 1 part Mother Root to 6 parts soda or tonic water (but you can adjust to taste!).
