Hits like a cocktail on holiday

Ingredients
  • 0.75 oz Mother Root Ginger
    Small bunch of mint
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 4.25 oz soda water
  • 1/2 lime
Directions
  1. Muddle the mint in the base of the glass, bashing slightly.
  2. Shake bottle 8 times.
  3. Add the tamarind paste & Mother Root stirring together.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
  5. Serve with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
