1.5oz Jalapeño Ginger

0.75oz Mezcal

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 orange

1 Jalapeño

Pinch of smoked salt

Directions

1. Shake the bottle 8 times.

2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

3. Strain into a short glass filled with one large ice cube.

4. Garnish with a halved jalapeño
