Ingredients

1.5 oz Mother Root Ginger
1.5 oz lime juice
A couple of sliced jalapeños
0.5 oz jalapeño brine
Juice of 1 clementine
Tajin and chilli to garnish

Directions
  1.  Shake the bottle 8 times.
  2. To a shaker add ice, Mother Root, lime juice, jalapeños and brine, and juice from the clementine and shake.
  3. Wipe around the edge of a glass with a lime wedge and then dip the glass in Tajin.
  4. Add ice to your glass and strain into the glass, garnishing with the chilli.
