25ml Mother Root Ginger

Small bunch of mint

1 tsp Tamarind paste

125ml soda water

1/2 lime

Directions

Muddle the mint in the base of the glass, bashing slightly.
Shake bottle 8 times.
Add the tamarind paste & Mother Root stirring together.
Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
Serve with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
