Cold Peach

The ultimate dessert crowd pleaser

50ml Mother Root Ginger

400g peaches

100g caster sugar

Directions
  1. Dissolve the sugar in 150ml boiling water, once cooled add the Mother Root (remember to shake 8 times). 
  2. Chop your peaches and remove the stones and to a blender with your Mother root syrup and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and into the freezer. 
  4. Every 30 minutes using a fork, mix the granita to break up the ice crystals, do this at least 3 times then leave to freeze for another hour before serving.
