Ingredients

50ml Mother Root Ginger

10ml pink grapefruit juice

25ml lime juice

1 tsp agave (or honey)

Soda water

Pink grapefruit wedge

Flaky salt

Directions

Add a few pinches of salt to a plate, wipe the edges of your glass with lime and turn glass upside down placing onto the plate for your salt rim.
Shake bottle 8 times and add Mother Root, citrus juices and agave to your glass.
Stir everything together than fill with ice.
Top up with soda water and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
