The very slight burn from the ginger
I normally have a tall Hendricks and tonic with my dinner. But last night I had a tall Mother Root and tonic (1-6 proportions) with a slice of lemon. I enjoyed it very much..it was very satisfying. I did not miss the alcohol at all. I think because of the very slight burn I got from the ginger. I will try some other recipes soon.
Very ginger forward
Very tasty stuff and very ginger forward (as is should be!). Tried it straight, that was a huge shot of ginger heat. For me its best mixed with soda water or even better, some Yuzu Lime from Fever Tree! Its great because you can make your ginger drink with however much ginger flavor you desire and its strong enough that its going to last a while!
Someone finally got it right
This evening I made my first Mother Root cocktail to replace my usual glass of wine. It is the best non-alcoholic drink I have ever had. I feel like some one finally got it right!

I'm a believer
