Casa Nights

A dose of heat and a pinch of smoke, made for slow sipping in the moonlight.

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Jalapeño Ginger

25ml Mezcal

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 orange

1 Jalapeño

Pinch of smoked salt



DIRECTIONS:

1. Shake the bottle 8 times.

2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

3. Strain into a short glass filled with one large ice cube.

4. Garnish with a halved jalapeño

INGREDIENTS:

25ml Jalapeño Ginger

75ml Soda or still water

1 Lime

Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Rub your lime around the rim of a small glass, then dip into salt.
  2. Shake the bottle 8 times.
  3. Pour Jalapeño Ginger over lots of ice.
  4. Mix with soda or still water.
  5. Add a generous squeeze of lime.
  6. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS:

25ml Jalapeño Ginger

50ml Coconut water

100ml Fever Tree lime soda

Cucumber ribbon (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Fill a highball with lots of ice.

2. Shake the bottle 8 times.

3. Add Jalapeño Ginger and coconut water into the glass.

4. Top up with lime soda.

5. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
