Our Jalapeño Ginger is a blend of: Organic apple cider vinegar, blossom honey, ginger juice, jalapeno, ginger extract, capsicum extract, bitter orange extract.

We recommend a 1:6 ratio of dilution with soda water.

We macerate green jalapeños directly into our organic apple cider vinegar, allowing the ACV to soak up not just that fresh jalapeño heat, but its character: the vegetal snap and the briny tang. We then blend in the deep warmth of ginger, the mellow sweetness of blossom honey and the bitter edge of Spanish oranges.
