Our Ginger is an all-natural blend of: Organic apple cider vinegar, Blossom honey, Organic ginger juice, Ginger extract and Capsicum extract.

We recommend a 1:6 ratio of dilution with soda water, depending how fiery you like your ginger.

We never use artificial preservatives. Instead, the apple cider vinegar in our drinks naturally keeps everything fresh for longer.

You might notice the flavour evolve over time. We think it only gets more complex and delicious, like it’s maturing in the bottle.

We start with organic apples, then use traditional double fermentation – a slow, old-school process that can't be rushed. First, the apples are fermented to full alcohol strength, then transformed through acetic acid fermentation into an elegant vinegar. This patient approach builds complex flavonoids and depth that simply can't be achieved any other way.

Next comes maceration – we steep our botanicals for days to weeks, depending on what botanicals we're working with. Our Ginger uses real ginger root at health-shot intensity for that fiery kick and feel-good factor. No shortcuts, no artificial flavours.

Finally, instead of cheap sugars or artificial sweeteners, we use blossom honey – a premium ingredient that adds texture and aromatic complexity to every sip.
