Jalapeño Ginger & Soda

Spritz

A refreshing margarita on a terracotta tile table with a salt rim and a lime garnish. The yellow background and soft shadows suggest a warm, sunny atmosphere.

A salt rim. A squeeze of lime. The slow, creeping heat of macerated jalapeño. You will want another. - Ed

25ml Jalapeño Ginger

75ml Soda or still water

1 Lime

Sea Salt

Directions

Rub your lime around the rim of a small glass, then dip into salt.
Shake the bottle 8 times.
Pour Jalapeño Ginger over lots of ice.
Mix with soda or still water.
Add a generous squeeze of lime.
Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
